2 · What goes on the card

What should the postcard advertise? Required

One or two services. A card that lists everything sells nothing. This also tells us who to pick — a roofer's list, an accountant's list, and a painter's list are three different lists.

What's your offer? Required unless the box is checked

This is the reason someone calls now instead of throwing the card out. Pick one and it goes on the card in the biggest type we've got. Never run one before? "Free estimate" works fine and costs you nothing.

Run my card without a promotion — just my services and phone number. Fewer people call a card with nothing to act on. Your call.

Where should the QR code send people? Required

Paste your website or your Google Business Profile — whichever you'd rather people land on. No website and no listing? Type NONE and the QR code will dial your tracking number instead.

Logo Optional

PNG or JPG, the biggest version you have. Not on your phone right now? Skip it — we'll email you for it, or set your business name in type. Plenty of cards work fine without a logo.

Anything else that belongs on the card? Optional

One or two things, not a biography. Skip it if nothing comes to mind.

3 · Who we mail

Your card doesn't go to every door. We build a list of 500 addresses picked for your business, and mail those.

Who are your customers? Required

This decides who we build your list from. Pick the one that pays you most.

Homeowners We mail houses in your area, picked for your business. Businesses We mail commercial properties and local businesses. Both A mix of the two.

Which town should we start in? Required

One town is enough. We build your list in and around it and move outward each month, so you're not hitting the same 500 addresses twice. Name a few if you've got a preference. You'll see exactly where it's going before it mails.

4 · Before we design it

We'll email your postcard preview within 3 business days of payment. Pick how you want to handle it from there. Either way, one round of changes is included.

How do you want to approve your design? Required Set it and forget it Most clients pick this We email your preview. You get 3 days to ask for changes. If you don't reply in those 3 days, we print the card as-is and mail it. No reply needed — silence means go. I want to approve it first We email your preview and wait. Nothing prints until you reply APPROVED. If we don't hear from you, we send two reminders and then pause your account — and we stop charging you. The month you already paid for stays yours: reply APPROVED whenever you're ready, even months from now, and that mailing goes out. Want another one after that? Start your subscription back up and we go again.
